What is SLS?

Supported Living Services (SLS) help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safely and independently in their own homes. SLS supports individuals in making important choices about their lives, relationships, and community involvement. The service is flexible and available for as long as needed, adjusting to each person's changing needs over time.

Who is Eligible?

Supported living services are available to adults who want and need supports and services to live in homes of their own. Individuals do not have to have any particular skills or meet any entry criteria in order to receive supported living services. The only criterion is that the individual’s regional center Service Coordinator believes that supported living services is a needed or requested service.
